In order to watch your Freight livestream concert, you need to:
2) Log in to our website to view the concert.
If you have purchased a ticket, an account has been created for you (you do not need to create an account), however if you have never logged in to our website, you will need to set your password.
1. Go to the login page:
2. Click on the Forgot Password? link, shown here with a RED ARROW pointing to it:
When you click the Forgot Password? link, you’ll see a pop-up window asking for your email address.
Enter the email address you used to purchase your ticket, and click the SUBMIT button:
You should then receive an email from info@thefreight.org with the subject line “Password Reset Request from The Freight” that includes a Reset Password link. Click on that and enter the email address that you used to purchase your ticket. Here’s what that email will look like:
Clicking on the Reset Password link takes you to this page, where you can create a password – you will need to enter it twice then hit the SAVE CHANGES button:
After you hit SAVE CHANGES, you will be logged in to your account and will recieve a confirmation email that looks like the following:
From your account, you can select View Livestreams from the right hand column. Clicking on that will show you the streaming concerts you have purchased a ticket for. Here’s how it should look with a purchased ticket:
