How to Watch your Freight at Home Show:
IMPORTANT: In order to watch our Freight at Home Streaming Concerts, you need to 1) purchase a ticket and then 2) log in to our website to view the concert.
If you have purchased a ticket, an account has been created for you (you do not need to create an account), however if you have never logged in to our website, you will need to set your password. FIRST, go to the login page:
NEXT, click on the Forgot Password? link, shown here with a RED ARROW pointing to it:
When you click the Forgot Password? link, you’ll see a popup window asking for your email address. Enter the email address you used to purchase your ticket, and click the Submit button:
You should then receive an email from info@freightandsalvage.org with the subject line “Password Reset Request from Freight & Salvage” that includes a Reset Password link. Click on that and enter the email address that you used to purchase your ticket. Here’s what that email will look like:
Clicking on the Reset Password link takes you to this page, where you can create a password – you will need to enter it twice then hit the Save Changes button:
After you hit Save Changes, you will be logged in to your account. From here, click on the red link that says “Logged in as: (youremail.address)”. NOTE: do not click on “Continue Shopping”:
From your account, you can select Digital Content from the right hand column. Clicking on that will show you the streaming concerts you have purchased a ticket for. To view the content, click on the View Content button. Note that this button does not appear until the day of the show. Here’s how the digital content part of your account should look like, with a purchased ticket:
